Rob also served in roles as Director & VP of small & mid-sized organizations to expand sales and marketing strategies, in addition to the recruiting and operations divisions of several IT based staffing firms and temporary personnel suppliers. He founded AdeptSource in 1999 and continues to have a passion for the industry and a passion to build upon each year of success. He is always looking for new creative ways to improve on what we do and how we can better serve our clientele.

Dawn is a Senior IT Staffing Executive responsible for running day-to-day operations of AdeptSource. She has over 29 years’ experience in IT Staffing and Recruiting. Dawn provides leadership to the sales and recruiting teams, manages multiple large corporate accounts and works closely with IT executives to achieve IT staffing objectives. Dawn’s strengths and expertise lie in her understanding of technology and her ability to manage and direct a diverse team of world-class professionals. She builds strong professional relationships and is consistently focused on quality recruitment and management practices. She has trained and managed top-producing recruiting teams for large staffing organizations, while identifying cost containment operations strategies that have been hugely successfully in increasing service offerings and resulted in the ability to offer better rates to clients.
